Forest Lake's Egle Signs with Steel

The Twin City Steel are happy to announce the signing of Forest Lake standout Alex Egle.  Egle a 6'2" 180 pound finess forward played the last 2 seasons on the varsity squad for Forest Lake High School. "It is nice when there is local talent to choose from," said Steel GM Bryant Black. "Alex has incredible vision and it was evident that he made everyone on the ice around him better." In two season with the Rangers Egle scored 12 goals and ammassed 41 assists, but led the Rangers with 32 assists in his senior campaign.

The Twin City Steel will open up the 2014-2015 season on September19th against division oponent the Minnesota Flying Aces.
